Stories From The Streets

This is a special Coffee and Conversations that The Connecting Grounds will be hosting in the month of November in honor of National Homeless Awareness Month. The Springfield Street Choir will be performing and we will have displays of stories and artwork from our unhoused friends and neighbors honestly sharing their struggle every day to survive on the streets of Springfield. In addition, we will also have a panel of people that will share their stories of being impacted by homelessness.

*** We will be collecting non-perishable food items for our food pantry at this event as well as warm socks, gloves, and hats to help our neighbors prepare to face cold temperatures without shelter. ***
